By accessing or using Fittyform’s services (including coaching, consultations, or personalized fitness and nutrition programs), you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Service

Fittyform offers expert-led, non-refundable programs designed to deliver immediate, actionable health and wellness solutions. Our services are educational and supportive in nature—not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency care.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent, to enroll in any of our services.

3. Payment

All payments are to be made in advance. Once confirmed, services are non-cancellable and non-refundable, as detailed in our refund and cancellation policies.

4. Client Responsibility

To ensure the effectiveness of your journey, you agree to:
• Provide complete and accurate health-related information during onboarding
• Follow the plan and recommendations shared with you
• Disclose any medical conditions or medications that may affect your program

5. Privacy & Data Use

All personal data is securely stored and used solely for the purpose of delivering Fittyform services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

6. Updates & Termination

Fittyform reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Misuse of services, breach of conduct, or unethical behavior may lead to service termination without refund.

Refund Policy

At Fittyform, our services are designed to create value from the first session. For this reason, we uphold the following refund policy:

1. No Refunds After Initial Consultation

After your first consultation or onboarding session:
• A complete transformation strategy is shared
• The value is delivered instantly through expert insight
• Follow-ups are part of ongoing support—not plan delivery

2. Valid Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:
• A double payment occurred due to a technical error
• Services were not initiated due to an internal Fittyform issue

To request a refund under these circumstances, email support@fittyform.com within 48 hours of the transaction.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Cancellations After Payment

All programs or sessions are final once paid. Please confirm your schedule and commitment before booking.

2. Rescheduling Sessions

Life happens. If you need to reschedule:
• Notify us at least 18 hours in advance via email
• Rescheduling requests are considered case by case and are subject to availability.
• Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable and non-reschedulable
